EGGS

To break the egg, hold it firmly and strike the egg against the edge of the bowl midway down the long side of the egg.

 


Grab the broken half in your other hand and dump the contents of both sides into the bowl.

 


If you need to separate the yolk and the white, have two bowls ready; after breaking the egg, leave the yolk in the egg shell and put the white into one of the bowls.

Are you ready to place an order? 

Transfer the yolk carefully to the now empty half of the egg shell letting the white around it slide off into the bowl. You may repeat this until satisfied that the yolk is free enough of the white. For another technique - Click here
